All items are sent via Australia Post E-Parcel with tracking. If you are not home or at the nominated delivery place, your parcel will be sent to your post office for pick up and Australia Post will leave a card notifying you.

Standard Delivery will be between 2-10 working days from payment received, depending on your location.

Express Post is available as an upgrade at checkout (1-4 business days) via Australia Post.

Please note: Longer dispatch can be expected at peak buying times.

You can choose to write in the delivery instructions to leave your parcel outside if you're not home. However, if you choose this option you accept liability for the package should it get lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced. We suggest purchasing Route, our shipping insurance partners to ensure you're covered for any delivery issues caused by loss, theft or damages.

We try very hard to keep our postage at an affordable rate for our customers but our products are heavy. We suggest that if you want to purchase multiple items that you look at our value pack option, which offers combined shipping.

We would like you to read our Purchase & Shipping Terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products (the Products) via our website.

Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase & Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between Start Bio Solutions A.C.N. (we, us, our, or Start Bio Solutions) and you.

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.

Our prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered Products to you.

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Start Bio Solutions is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.

Start Bio Solutions will only accept payment for the Products via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Direct bank transfer.

After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.

Processing of Orders
We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Victoria. If you purchase any of the Products on a non-business day, we will process the order on the next business day.

All shipments will be posted upon receipt of payment.

Our delivery contractors are Australia Post and StarTrack . Our delivery fee is made up of a Base Fee plus a Weight Fee that depends on the destination State and weight of each product. To save money on postage we have developed value packs – urineFREE value packs and Mixed Bags Value Packs. This allows you to receive product discounts for buying in bulk and reduces individual product shipping costs.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days depending on order time placed and shipper pick up. Shipping times are estimated at between 2-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.

We endeavour to keep our shipping prices as affordable as possible and offer standard Australia Post options where we can, but most items/value packs are too heavy and therefore not available to be shipped by Australia Post/Star Track Parcel Post due to weight restrictions and must go via a courier.

Our standard Australia Post options cannot be tracked and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery or condition of these shipments. Please note: Australia Post delivery replacements are at the discretion of the supplier. Australia Post will also not accept special delivery instructions and if you are unavailable to receive your delivery and your letterbox will not fit the parcel, your parcel will be returned to your local post office or distribution centre for pick up and a notification card will be left. Additional fees or charges for redelivery or redirection will be at the customer’s expense and will not be paid by Start Bio Solutions.

Orders sent via Star Track Parcel Post or Star Track Express Couriers will receive a tracking number that will be sent to you once your order has been processed. You can then track your order via the Star Track Website.

If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, your parcel will be returned to your local post office or distribution centre for pick up and a instruction card will be left behind.

Please note: Star Track will accept delivery instructions and you can choose to ask for your package to be left behind however should you choose this option you accept liability of the package should it get lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced.

Cancellation of Orders
Start Bio Solutions may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.

Product Missing or damaged from an order
Should a product be missing or damaged during shipping from your order, please contact us with the order number and the product code or product name of the product you ordered within 14 days of purchase and we will investigate accordingly.

Return of Products
Any return of Products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

By agreeing to these Purchase & Shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to the Start Bio Solutions business, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. Of course, you may at any time, unsubscribe from receiving electronic commercial messages from us.
